Cheesecake: Grandma Smithson's Recipe

Crust:
One package Graham Crackers (about 10)
1/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup sugar

Filling:
Philadelphia Cream Cheese 8 oz.
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup lemon juice

Prepare Graham Cracker crust beforehand.  Mix cheese, milk, and vanilla with electric mixer until smooth.  Add lemon juice.  Mix until smooth.  Pour into Graham Cracker crust.  Chill; serve cold.
