Rice Pudding

2 cups cooked rice
1/2 can evaporated milk, or 3/4 cup regular milk
dash of salt
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 T. butter
dash of cinnamon
3/4 cup floured raisins
Dash of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients but nutmeg in a casserole dish.  Sprinkle with nutmeg.  Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
