Rolls

Add and sit for 3 minutes:
2 Tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar

Add and mix with whisk:
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup sugar
1 cube softened butter
3 eggs

Add and mix with whisk:
2 cups flour

Add and mix with spoon:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt

Let rise for 1 hour covered.  Knead in about a handful of flour.  Dough will be sticky.  Roll out onto floured surface.  Cut and place on buttered pan.  Let rise for 1 hour.  Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
