Breanna's Yummy Stuffing

3 T chopped onions
1-2 cups celery
1/4 cup butter
4 cups dry bread cubes (about seven slices grandma sycamore's bread dried out a little)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. ground sage
chicken broth (add until moist enough for your taste)

Cook onion and celery in butter.  Sprinkle seasonings on bread, pour onion/butter mixture on bread and toss.  Add chicken broth until desired softness.  Put in dish, cover with foil.  Bake 350 degrees until warm and steamy (30-60 minutes depending on if you're doubling or tripling the recipe or not).
