Taco Soup

2 - 3 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
chicken broth to just cover
2 T. taco seasoning
Onion to taste

Place chicken in crock pot mix seasoning with broth and pour enough over chicken to just cover.  Cook on low for 4-5 hours.  Cube chicken and put back in crock pot with liquid.  Add the following to crock pot:

16 oz. stewed tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 cup taco sauce
16 oz. undrained can kidney beans (or black beans)
14 oz undrained can corn
1 T. chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Cook on low for another hour or two.  Serve into individual bowls, and add to top if desired: crushed tortilla chips, cheese, and sour cream.
